PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment in cash /EET/
at personal pick-up
Payment by bank transfer
we will issue an invoice, e-mail it to you and you can use it to issue a payment order with your bank
Cash on delivery /only when sent around the Czech Republic/
we can send less bulky items by Czech Post. In such case you can pay in cash on delivery
DELIVERY OPTIONS
Small-volume parcels /Czech Post, other forwarding companies/
postage – approx. CZK 180,- is added to the total price of the goods, optional insurance (fragile) applies if required by the nature of the goods (statuettes, glass etc.). The cost of postage depends on the final parcel size and the charges of the forwarders or the Czech Post.
Large parcels /Toptrans/
like furniture etc. are delivered via the forwarding company Toptrans with delivery to the private address. The forwarder will usually deliver the goods around the Czech Republic within 24 hours after the dispatch (48 hours to Slovakia). Parcels to abroad are handled individually. Payment for the goods is only possible in advance by bank transfer including the forwarding costs. You will receive the information about the forwarding costs in advance.
Personal pick-up
you can pick up the goods in person in our Novoretro studio at Palackého třída 51 in Brno. Please contact us by phone at +420 777 860 662 in advance, so that we can prepare the goods for the dispatch.
If you purchase a larger quantity of goods, individual transport can be arranged.
We will deliver the goods in Brno for a lump price.
CLAIMS
Please check all parcels carefully upon delivery either at the post office or in the presence of the forwarding company employee. Any damages to the product must be recorded in writing and reported at the place of delivery, otherwise later claims for the damage of the goods during transport are difficult to enforce. To minimise the risk of damage, we wrap the goods carefully into the recycled cardboard boxes, bubble and shrink wraps.
